What is your gratuity policy?
Our team is unable to accept gratuities through a credit card transaction. We do accept both cash gratuities as well as venmo payments.
Where are you located? Special Instructions.
We are located in the Trucchi's parking lot. Our salon is to the left of Trucchi's if you're looking at the front of it. Right next door to 3 Brothers Barber Shop. There is plenty of parking in front of the salon. And there are 2 doors in the front of the building that will bring you into our beautiful space. The door at the steps enters you in the waiting area. The door on the parking lot level brings you into our hair styling area. Entrance thru either door is fine.
What is your Appointment Cancellation Policy?
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-show and no-call appointments will be charged the full service fee. Prices listed on our website and online booking system are starting prices and may vary depending on customer requirements.

Do you accept walk-ins to the salon?
Yes, Key to Beauty accepts walk-ins. Although we recommend you make an appointment to ensure you we can get you right in!
