At Key to Beauty Hair and Skin Lounge, we believe beauty is personal. Located in the heart of Taunton, Massachusetts, our salon was created to be a welcoming space where clients can relax, recharge, and feel confident in their own skin. We believe that healthy hair and skin are the foundation of confidence, making it important to choose products that support their long-term health.
We also believe in making thoughtful choices for your hair and skin. That's why we focus on using cleaner products whenever possible, while still delivering the quality and results you expect from your salon experience.

Meet Amy Chaves
Owner & Hair Stylist
Hi, I'm Amy, owner of Key to Beauty Hair & Skin Lounge in Taunton, MA. With more than 25 years of experience behind the chair, I've dedicated my career to helping clients feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable in their own style. I specialize in customized hair color, precision cuts, styling, and bridal hair while focusing on creating looks that enhance each client's natural beauty and fit their everyday lifestyle.
As both a hairstylist and salon owner, I'm passionate about creating a relaxing, welcoming environment where clients can truly unwind. I believe great hair is about more than appearance — it's about confidence and self-care. I'm proud to lead a talented team of hairstylists and estheticians who share the same passion for beauty, education, and exceptional client experiences.
Born and raised in Taunton, community is incredibly important to me. Through Key to Beauty Hair and Skin Lounge, I love supporting local families and giving back whenever possible. My goal is for every guest who walks through our doors to leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and cared for.

Meet Emily LeBlanc
Hair Stylist & Scalp Therapy Specialist
Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a hairstylist at Key to Beauty Hair and Skin Lounge who specializes in scalp therapy, vivid hair color, and creating fun, personalized looks for my clients. I’m passionate about helping people feel confident while educating them on the importance of healthy hair and scalp care.
I love working in a creative environment where individuality and self-expression are encouraged. Whether I’m creating bold color transformations, refreshing your current style, or helping kids feel comfortable during their appointments, I always focus on making the experience positive, welcoming, and enjoyable.
Outside the salon, I enjoy writing music and playing guitar, which inspires my creativity behind the chair. My goal is to help every client leave feeling refreshed, confident, and excited about their hair.
Meet Tayla Zavala
Esthetician & Beauty Specialist
Hi, I’m Tayla! I’m one of the estheticians at Key to Beauty Hair and Skin Lounge, and I’m passionate about skincare, beauty, and helping clients feel like the best version of themselves. I love building relationships with clients while helping them work toward healthy, glowing skin and confidence-boosting beauty results.
I specialize in lash lifts and tints, brow laminations, chemical peels, dermaplaning, Brazilian waxing, and makeup services. I enjoy customizing treatments based on each client’s skin goals and beauty preferences while creating a relaxing and welcoming experience in the treatment room.
For me, one of the best parts of this industry is connecting with people and helping them prioritize self-care. I’m always excited to meet new faces and help clients feel refreshed, confident, and beautiful.
Meet Erin Glass
Guest Esthetician
Hi, I’m Erin! I’m a licensed esthetician & proud member of the Key to Beauty team.. My passion for skincare comes from my own journey with sensitive, acne-prone skin, which inspired me to help others feel comfortable and confident in their skin.
I'm certified in dermaplaning, Face Reality acne treatments, Brazilian waxing. I especially love providing relaxing facials, helping clients reach their skincare goals, and creating an experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and cared for.
After recently welcoming my baby , I'm excited to continue being part of the Key to Beauty family as our Guest Esthetician. While I no longer maintain a regular schedule , you'll still find me in the treatment room on select dates and when additional esthetic availability is needed.
I look forward to continuing to see familiar faces and welcoming new ones when I'm in the salon!.
Meet Cherie Stack
Salon Coordinator
Hi, I’m Cherie! As the salon coordinator at Key to Beauty Hair and Skin Lounge, I’m often the first person clients see when they walk into the salon. My goal is to make every guest feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of from the moment they arrive.
With years of customer service and management experience, I enjoy helping clients with scheduling, answering questions, and creating a smooth, relaxing salon experience. I love building relationships with our guests and being part of a team that truly cares about making people feel good about themselves.
When I’m not at the salon, I enjoy spending time with family, golfing, and staying active. I look forward to welcoming you to Key to Beauty Hair and Skin Lounge soon!
Meet Mariah
Stylist/Assistant
Hi! My name is Mariah, and I am one of the hairstylists here at Key to Beauty Hair & Skin Lounge. Hair and beauty have always been something I’ve loved, and I’m so happy to turn that passion into a career. I love being creative behind the chair and I enjoy a little bit of everything, from cuts and blowouts to color and styling, and I’m always excited to try something new. My favorite part of being a hairstylist is connecting with my clients and making them feel comfortable in my chair. I’m especially grateful to be part of the Key to Beauty Hair & Skin Lounge team because of the amazing team dynamic and the environment they’ve created. There is always room to grow, learn, and be creative, and having a team that is always there to help has made it such a great place for me to continue growing as a stylist.
When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my wife, family, and our cats, trying new things, or having a comfy day at home. I’m so excited to continue growing my clientele and hopefully see you in my chair soon!
